Hello, beautiful! If you follow along on social last Wednesday I was invited to The Paper Store headquarters to join the blog squad for their spring preview. The night begun with unicorn mimosas & macaroons. (What more could a gal want) The Paper Store buyers were all so sweet. Walking in you definitely got a family owned vibe which was warm & welcoming.
After the blog squad was all settled in we got to discussing some spring trends. I don't know about you but I am ready for warmer days, so let's get to the trends!
Off the shoulder- This is becoming a trend for all ages. It showcases the shoulders which can be one of the more flattering features. The dress shown can be worn off or on the shoulder!
Denim- There is no denying that denim has always been a trend but increasing in ways to wear. Denim can be seen on shoes, handbags, & of course apparel. This trend is for sure here to stay.
Floral- Beautiful blooms always make a splash during the spring time. The florals around for 2017 are softer & more delicate. Pair your florals perfectly with a denim jacket!
Chokers- Yes, choker's the 90's sensations are back in full effect. They aren't just the grungy accessories that you probably associate with. This season's are dainty with stones, bows, & layered with other pieces.
Crochet & Lace- These feminine details can be seen featured on dresses & tops. The Paper Store had an awesome item that was a 2 piece. The top piece was a blouse that came with a cami with lace detail on the bottom which you can layer with other items.
Mia & Tess- This is The Paper Store's private label line named after the owner's granddaughters. They have done apparel & are now expanding their Mia & Tess jewelry line which you will definitely want to check out.
