Hello, lovely! I hope you are having a great week. As a bride wedding planning can get pretty crazy. You have to make your nail, hair, tan, & whatever other appointments you need to help get you glam for your big day. I am a big coffee drinker with that being said my teeth can get a little tinted. When preparing for my wedding whitening my teeth was one of my top priorities. I did not want tinted teeth to taint my wedding pictures that I paid so much for. I just used the basic crest white stripes but, since then I have experienced a process SO much better.
I recently discovered Smile Brilliant. This is how it works: first they will send you a kit which will include teeth whitening gel, desensitizing gel, & items to make a mold to your teeth. Upon receiving your kit you will follow the instructions to make your mold & send back to the company so they can make your teeth whitening tray. Once you receive your personal tray you can begin the whitening process.
I whitened my teeth 1 hour everyday for 2 weeks. You fill your personalized teeth tray with about 1/3-1/4 of the tube of whitening gel. I suggest keeping it on for 1 hour but if you find that you have sensitivity I would try 30-45minutes. After your whitening time is up I would brush my teeth with just water removing the whitening gel. Do not brush with tooth paste. Rinse out your tray & now fill with the tube of desensitizing gel, I wore this for 10-15 minutes but you can leave it on as long as you can to help with your sensitivity. If you do find that your gums are extra sensitive I would line your gums with Vaseline or coconut oil.
